When an inquiry is submitted, it is a simple way to request more information about our school. A member of our staff will contact you to answer any questions you may have. Another option to start the admission is by visiting our office in person, where our staff will be happy to assist you and provide further information.

Once you have visited our school, met with our principal, and decided to move forward with registration, we are happy to guide you through the next steps in the process:
1. Fill out the Our Lady of Guadalupe School application by clicking the “Admissions Online” link here. Admissions online2. The link will take you to the school’s admissions page. Then, click “Create an Account,” and you will be directed to the FACTS portal.
3. After verifying your email address, you may log in to your account and proceed with completing a New Student Application for your child. Please note that a non-refundable fee of $20.00 must accompany each application.

The next step is to begin the enrollment process, we invite you to follow the steps outlined below:
1. Complete the Online Application
You need to make an account in our FACTS Portal and fill out the online application form with your child’s information. Click this link and it will take you to the pageFACTS Portal
2. Gather Required Documents- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate
- Immunization records
